I even called customer service it make sure they fixed the sizing error. I was assured once again that it had been fixed. They were wrong! (Problem #4)
A few days later I get the email that my ring was in. I went into the store and OF COURSE it came in... WRONG SIZE! I was LIVID. Drew informed me that they would have to reorder the ring. So he cancelled the current order to reorder it & he would call me back with a conformation number. I never got a call. (Problem #5)
By far your company is runs it's business under lying, cheating, and stealing from customers who work hard for their money. Customer service is totally horrible. You are all a bunch of snakes with your cheap jewelry. How do you sell a 10k gold ring for $500.00 when it's only worth 50? I hope you all shut down and lose your business because you have now lost a very good customer and I will make sure to never let anyone waste their money with you theiving business. People if you value reviews, take this from a man who works hard for his money. Do not do business with this kays or any kays, because they will sell you nothing but cheap crap! You are better off going to the small specialty jewelry stores!
The next day, I checked the confirmation and realized that it was ordered in the wrong size. (Problem #2). I went back to the store and was assured 2x that they called to get it fixed.
I actually found a better deal for a better ring with more carats at Zales. So my husband ordered me that one. We went into the store to get a refund to find out that when Drew cancelled the order, it was refunded! YET I never received a receipt for the refund until my husband went back into the store. (Problem #6)
This store has by far the worst customer service of any Kay Jewelers store, possible worst on earth!! Ring that was ordered and promised with a delivery of 2 weeks, all of a sudden changed to 60 days.. Transactions being canceled and re-done, financially being charged 3 times... this location is the shadiest of shady jewelers. Each new promised delivery date comes and goes without an actual delivery. When calling for an update, there's a different story as to why there is no delivery each time.. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this location of Kay Jewelers! And extremely sad to have to deal with the incompetence and unprofessional behaviour right before the holiday season. Definitely adds stress that could all have been avoided if they were just honest from the start..
I will never go back to Kay's again. This experience has put me off to them completely. I will take my business to Zales or Jared next time.

My parents have came to this location multiple times and always had good experiences. My first time buying a ring here and it was HORRIBLE. My husband and I came in looking for a rose gold eternity band ring, but they only had it online. Tiffany helped us order the ring. Tried paying half cash, half card but the entire amount went onto the card. (Problem #1)
Tiffany Thomas was the rudest person. Didnt make me feel welcome or accommodating. I am a returning client but after today I will never buy from here again.
My custom ring has fallen apart and I'm getting a run around .....
