The crew we had today was amazing! They were professional, hardworking, and worked very fast. The amount we paid came in under the quoted amount. We highly recommend this company.
Last move they had us leave DVDs, and paperwork in 2 pieces of furniture...not this time. They decided to unload them and dump everything into boxes.
I've used USA Moving & Storage for my last move, and loved them - they were fast and nothing was broken. I recommended them to anyone who was moving. Nope, never again.We used them to moved last week.
Instead of leaving the sofa pillows on the sofa, like has been done every other time I've moved, they put them in a box, at our expense of course.
There is absolutely no way this move should have taken this long. Everything was packed. Yet, somehow they used and charged us for 20 rolls of tape. They even wasted tape on totes with locking lids.
You get what you pay for. And in the case if USA Moving and Storage you get the best service. It start from the first call you make and answered by professionals that know their job. The next step is getting all the information and help you to prepare for your move. I called numerous times and every time I was so impressed by the respect and willingness to help. Worth every dollar I paid. The day of the mover the movers arrived on the promised time, worked fast and got all my belongings safe to the new place. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.
I've used them a couple of times and would again. The first move was straightforward--from one area of the city to the other. The second time I used them was complicated, and they aced it: moving several boxes and furniture from point A, dropping off furniture and picking up furniture at point B, dropping off several boxes at point C, dropping off furniture at point D. It took over 4 hours and the bill wasn't cheap, but they did everything with no problem. I'm wondering if it was the most complex move they've done in a single day because there were many items involved with movement in a suburb and a few neighborhoods in disparate parts of the city, but it worked out.
I left at the same time they did, Google said it should take 16 minutes, it took me 18 and I had a car load of fragile stuff. It took them 45 minutes!
Then it came time for them to put the furniture back together. It was like watching paint dry. It took one guy 45 minutes to attach an oak chopping block top to the base, when it should have taken him 5 minutes. I was able to build the thing originally, in under that time.
We were told it'd take 4-5 hours...it took them 7.75 hours to move us out and into our new place.
THIS IS THE BEST MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED!!! Reasonable prices. Fantastic customer service. Treated all of our belongings professionally and as if they were their own - really. They were precisely on time, extremely efficient, and so careful. I can't think of one thing that could be improved or that was even average. I have unfortunately had to move many times and no moving company used previously compares in any way to this outfit. I know this review is exceptionally glowing but I swear I don't have any connection to this outfit other than the single job they did for me.
They are slow and drive the price up.
They took apart every single piece of furniture. Two twin bed frames from IKEA that I can carry myself were taken apart and secured with tape that we had to pay for. It took them FOREVER to get our furniture apart.
