I have to say my experience here has been great! It has always been clean. Any reported issues have been taken care of quickly. Diane has always been awesome professional, and is always ready to answer your questions or take care of any situations that may arise.
The extended hours of access for this facility work well for me having to work during the day. Diane makes a difference when it comes to addressing any issues with courtesy and professionalism. Having helped other people in other storage facilities, I can also say that there is better ventilation here than other places I have had to work in. When it comes to time to leave, I realize it will feel like leaving family, but I know it is a place I would certainly come back to as well.
Came to public storage and met Diane. She was SOO HELPFUL and got me a deal on my moving boxes. Everything was organized and clean here. She gave me tips for moving and made my moving so much easier. Thank you very much.
Diane is a true professional and makes me feel like I am a VIP and that is why I have stayed with Public Storage for as long as I have (about 12 years
Whenever I need to go to my unit during normal business hours Diane will always ask if there is anything she can do to make my visit. If I need to pay my bill and I am running late all I need to do is call and she will wait for me.
I have been using this place for years. Always clean. Shortly after my last visit, I received a personal phone call asking how my visit was without any other BS or sales pitch. Just checking, real quick. The service is always so nice and helpful. Diane seems to be there every time I have visited. Oh yeah, they just got new carts. Doesn't sound like a big deal but, the do ride SMOOTH.

Getting ready for Fall/Winter and was happy to see a friendly face. Diane is fantastic - helpful and friendly. Facility was clean and well kept as always. Good people really do make a difference. A great place all around.
