Two stars because my post- Black Friday visit was beyond terrible. Normally I would rate 4 stars because I would catch good deals and my size would be in stock but Sunday 11/26/17 I came to get a few items I saw in their two day Cyber Monday paper for a good price. I got there at 5:50pm and the announcer says the store will close 6pm. Great. On a weekend after Black Friday no extended hours. I made my selection fast because it was limited since items were Black Friday leftover sale anyway. I am in the lady department no cashiers, just one busy explaining to ignorant customer that she an't do what she is asking her. I go up to the men's store to check out. A huge line. Two cashiers. One fatty guy behind the counter on the phone I guess calling about transaction issue. Two transactions being a return exchange took extra long also because of the customer not unbagging merchandise and using credit cards for purchase they unsure about and return process takes 5 times long. Now an online pick up in front of me and down to one cashier. It took me 30 minutes to check out because one they had barely cashiers in the lady departnent and two because customers are lazy to move faster thinking everyone has time to wait.
