Had a couple of shirt returns from Texas. Walked in with my one year old in town at this Kohls in Lincolnwood. Even though other returns before me were done smoothly, the line was moving fast, when it was my turn I got all kinds of problems. From how the items were bought from when, why I was returning and why paid with cash. Finally when I gave him my texas license (I m in illinois now) I was told it was invalid. I don't have illinois license yet. Will not buy at kohls again if they give all this hassle with simple returns and buy at target instead. At least they don't give so many problems. People want Kohls and Kohls prices , but 7 people with 3 checkout cashiers should not take nearly an hour to check out.
Store is well maintained and items were organized and plentiful. Displays had items folded and matching sets were stocked. It is a nice store , but the staff really ruined the experience.
10 minutes to shop. 55 to check out. What a nightmare.
Had a return and was standing in line. A gentleman at the end of the line was doing a online pick up. The cashier told him he could jump the line since he had a online pick up. The gentleman asked why would he step in front of the other people and the cashier responded by saying since he had a online pick up he was priority over the rest of people on line. It didn't sit well with the gentleman and he returned to the end of the line. I will not be returning to kohls for any further shopping.
It was aight, outside of the Kohl associate working in intimates it would have been 1 star. Her name was LaShatae and she was Great. I will come back because of her.
Very well organized and professional staff with great customer service. Big parking lot, so you don't have to worry about looking for parking. There are always some offers when ever I go to kohl's (That what I love about Kohl's).
